When applying for my first mortgage I felt that I was wading through a sea of various mortgage brokers all offering different things promising so much but resulting in more confusion.. Then I found Starck Uberoi. Jamie Rogers was extremely helpful and professional and explained how they could help and put me in touch with Sam Thomas. I genuinely cannot fault the service given. As a first time solo buyer and given the current economy I was apprehensive and Sam was there every step of the way. He was clear and concise, and made the process painless. He was there to answer all of my questions and I had a turnaround time of applying for mortgage in principle to having my full offer and certificate sent in 2 weeks. He delivered on his promises and did not set over expectations.Louise was also on hand to help and got the process through very quickly.Would highly recommend getting in touch with Jamie to see how they can help.
